Christina  Shennan

Christina is a UKCP psychotherapist working mainly with adults who suffer with anxiety and depression. Since 2002, she has worked in the oncology field in hospice and day care settings, with both early diagnosis and palliative patients. She has been teaching MBCT to people affected by a diagnosis of cancer since her student days at Bangor, gaining her Diploma in Mindfulness Based Approaches in 2009. She has had a personal mindfulness practice for many years which informs her work and life. She has a particular interest in compassion.
